Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager (typically expressed as a multiple of deposit plus bonus, such as 30x) before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. If you request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposit and winnings from that deposit will be eligible for withdrawal. You may voluntarily forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support if you wish to withdraw without completing wagering requirements.
While an active bonus is in your account and wagering requirements remain incomplete, a maximum bet limit applies. The standard maximum bet limit is Rp 25,000 per spin/hand/round unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
zk33 reserves the right to exclude certain users from promotional offers at our discretion, particularly if patterns of bonus abuse are detected. All sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, and other sporting events are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. Bets on Indonesian football leagues such as BRI Liga 1, international leagues including the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and international tournaments are settled based on full-time results unless otherwise specified. Asian Handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under markets follow standard industry settlement rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire bet loses.
All casino games including slots, table games, live casino, togel, and other games of chance are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. In such cases, the stake is returned to the user's account.

Winning bets are credited to your account balance immediately upon official result confirmation. Sports bets are typically settled within minutes of event completion.
